How do you get two calendars displayed and active on one page (ie, own personal calendar, and group calendar), so that you can drag and drop and copy appointnemtns easily?

RE: Outlook

Dear Nigel

Thank you for attending Access Introduction Course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

If you already have the two or more calendars simply tick on the calendars in My Calendars on the left hand side. It will normally show both the calendars side by side for a specific day. You can cut and paste the appointments by simply dragging and dropping from one calendar to another. If you wish to copy and paste the appointments then simply keep the CTRL key pressed and then dragging and dropping.

If you want to see more than one day then you can press the 5, 7 or 31 days buttons on the standard toolbar.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
