Thanks for the post and welcome to the forum

The best places to find more info on powerpoint is in to places 1. from the office 2007 website search for this on google
2. use the table of contents in help from the program (use F1 to bring up help) then click the table of content button

Or also on the Office 2007 site look for office on demand this will let you play around with PowerPoint over the net

Microsoft office tip:

CLOSE and SAVE ALL

Instead of closing or savng all your files one by one, you can do this in one step by holding the SHIFT key whilst clicking on the FILE menu.

You will then see a Close All and Save All option in the menu
