Hi Martin
A quick and easy way to get your Gantt chart into a presentation is to copy the screen. Lay out the project onscreen as you would like it to appear in PowerPoint. You may want to fold up summary tasks and apply filters to focus on the most important parts of your plan.
From the edit menu choose Copy picture. Click on OK to take a screen grab into the clipboard. Switch to PowerPoint and then go to Edit > Paste and an image of your plan will be pasted into your slide.
