I'm using Dsum and Daverage. Instead of listing the criteria in a column, is there a way to do it in a row?

Dear James

Thank you for attending our Excel courses!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

DSum and DAverage are used for the range where the database has to have firt row as column headings.

and teh criteria has to have at least one column which contains criteria.

Further to my previous post if you have a certain example where you think you need to calculate using rows then please post that and may be there are some other functions or features of Excel that I may be able to recommend to you.
