RE: Project

Hi Andy

Thanks for your questions. One way to join projects together is to open a new blank project then from the insert menu insert each project to be linked. Use the mouse to drag relationships between the tasks you want to join together across the projects. You can now close and save your files. A link will have been created between the projects. You don't need to keep the combined file for the link to remain.

With regard to the best thing before sliced bread I'd suggest the bread knife!

Thanks for joining the forum - let us know if you have any more questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew

Ms project tip:

MS Project 2010 Scroll to Task

Ever feel lost on a large project file? In Gantt view, Task ribbon, Editing, click on the Scroll to Task tool to centre the task bar on your screen.

Shortcut Ctrl+Shift+F5

Same as Go to Selected Task in MS Project 2003.
