Word Intermediate - Course Content Question

Hi,

I would like to ask this question to the management.

I have completed the Intermediate Word course last week and I have downloaded the reference manual.
I have been working through the manual and have found that lots of it I have not been shown or taught.

Such as, Hyperlinks, Working with Comments, Macros, File Properties, Tracking Changes, using Compare/Merging documents, etc, etc.

I also find that in some places the course manual is not so clear as in what to do. This is not for everything, many places it is ok, but in others it is hard to see what is required.

What am I supposed to do if I am not shown all this material and the manual is not always so easy to understand, where does that leave me.

Thank you,

Stefania

RE: Word/Excel- Courses Content Question

I would like to add that this problem happen with the courses in general.
Do we need maybe more time, or possibly another day per module?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Stefania

RE: Word/Excel- Courses Content Question

Hello,

I wish to apologise for my misunderstanding in regard to the school's training system and say thank you for explaining to me the way the course and relevant documents work.

I now understand that at the course, we all learn exactly what is written in the Training Support Pack, which covers the syllabus, and that the downloadable Reference Manuals
include many other tasks that are an expansion and extras to what is covered. Also that the Reference Manuals go into much more technical detail about what is available and can be accomplished.
Thank you very much for your explanation to me, I appreciate it greatly. Now I am looking forward to my next course.

Kind regards,

Stefania
