When I create a hyperlink to a website or email address it opens my default browser rather than the ones I prefer to use. How can I correct this?

Thanks for your post - sorry for our late reply
What you will need to do is create the hyperlink first then from insert ribbon click the actions button from links then change the option for run program then locate the program you want to use please reply to this post if you need anymore help
