RE: office 2007

Hello Vicki

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

The Office button is used to perform basic file operations (create a new file, save a file, print a file, open a file, close a file). You can also use it to prepare a file for distribution, distribute it in various ways, change Excel settings using Excel Options and also close the Excel program.

Kind regards
Amanda

Microsoft office tip:

Switching Between Applications

When you are working with several applications at once, use the Alt+Tab key combination to switch between them. Keep the Alt key down and stab the Tab key until you reach the correct package, then release Alt.
