RE: Outlook

Hi Zoe

To access someones diary in Outlook they need to give you permission to do it

To do this your colleague need to:

1. In the calendar view of Outlook Click Share My Calendar...

2. Click Add and from the Name list select your name and click Add

3. Click OK and select Editor from the Permission Level list (This will allow you to make changes in their calendar)

4. Click OK.

They need to restart Outlook to apply the settings

When this has been done then in you own Outlook calendar area:

1. Click Open A Shared calendar

2. Click the Name button and select their name from the list

3. Click Ok

Your colleagues calenday will be open on your computer.

Hope this helps

Carlos
