Hi Richard thanks for your post - sorry for my late reply
what you will need to do is from your calendar view click the share my calendar option from the lefthand side then add the users from the list of names, or right click my calendar icon and click share from there

This can be done from both side of the fence e.g. you and other users can share calendars before you can access others calendars (but you give them access not the other way round)

Copying From Websites

If you find some interesting text on a website that you wish to use and adapt in your wordprocessor or other package, highlight and copy in the normal way first.

When you paste though, use the Paste Special option to insert as unformatted text. That cuts out all the fancy formatting and hyperlinks that may be embedded.
