Hi Nicci,
Thanks for your question and welcome to the forum.
The templates folder is usually found in:
C:\Users\,<yourname>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates
If not just pretend to save a workbook as a template and in the save in: dropdown at the top of the SaveAs dialogue box write down the path.
Some of the folders may be hidden when you go to find them if they are open Windows Explorer, go to Tools, Folder Options, View tab, and select the option to Show hidden files and folders.
