I have noticed that sometimes filters do not list all items underneath if there are blank lines within the spreadsheet, whereas it does on other occasions. How can I ensure that a filter will include all items underneath?

Hi Christina

To ensure that all items in a column were listed in a filter dropdown list, you would have to eliminate any blank rows from the list to be 100% sure all items were included.

Excel tip:

Adding a comment to a formula

1. At the end of the formula, add a + (plus) sign.
2. Type the letter N, and in parentheses, type your comment in quotation marks.

eg.
=CurrentAssets / CurrentLiabilities+ N("The formula returns Current Ratio")
