Hi Preety

Thanks for your post - and welcome to the forum
the way to use auto filter is by 1st select the cell you want to filter including the headings then from the home ribbon locate sort and filter and choose autofilter, this works nearly the same as it would in 2003 but with more features like multi filters for each column, and filter by colours - reply to this post if you want more help

Microsoft office tip:

CLOSE and SAVE ALL

Instead of closing or savng all your files one by one, you can do this in one step by holding the SHIFT key whilst clicking on the FILE menu.

You will then see a Close All and Save All option in the menu
