Hi Jane

Thank you for your question. A quick way to make a graph is to click in the data to be visualised and press the F11 key. Your graph will be generated in a sheet of its own.

Alternatively click in the data and from the Insert menu choose Chart. The Chart wizard takes you through the process of building your graph.

Excel tip:

Paste a web address into the hyperlink address field

If you copy a web address the only way to paste into the address field of the hyperlink box is to use CTRL + V. Right click paste does not work.
