Hi Abimbola,

Thanks for you question and welcome to the forum.

You can Insert Clipart into an Excel workbook by doing the following:

Insert Menu, Clipart and the Task Pane will appear to the right of the screen. In the Search for: area enter what it is you are looking for i.e syringe and then click Go.

Once the Clipart has appeared click on it and it will be inserted into the workbook.

Excel tip:

Pivot table grouping

If you want to group items in a pivot table together, simply highlight the labels for the fields either with the shift key (if adjacent)or with the contral key if they are not next to each other.
Right click and choose group. Give the cell a name.

When you double click on this cell it will either expamd or collapse your grouped area
