RE: Outlook

Dear Hayley

Thank you for attending Upgrade to Office 2007 course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

First of all I need to confirm with you if your query is specific to 2003?

When you say you want to change the e-mail view from side by side are you mentioning about the reading pane that allows you to read the content of the e-mail message either on the bottom or on the right hand side of the message?

If the query is about the above then you simply have to choose View Menu and then choose Reading Pane. Simply either choose Right, Down or switch it off completely.

If your query was about totally something else please provide more details with some example so that I can help you resolve it.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

Microsoft office tip:

Fine Tuning for AutoShapes

The Windows drawing tools are generally labelled lines, rectangles, oval, etc. Similarly in the Office Suite.

To regulate any shape, straight line, square, circle, stars, smiley faces, etc ... hold down the Shift key while you draw the shape. Remember to release the mouse button before releasing the Shift key.
