Hi Steve,

Thank you for your question.

A Conditional Macro is a set of actions that will run if a particuar condition is met.

E.g. If the Qty ordered field is less than 5, then display an error message box saying the minimum order is 5 or more. You then attach the macro to the qty ordered field on a data entry form.

If you want to focus the attention of a form / switchboard to a user then you can change the propeties of a form/switchboard for Pop up to On.

This meand tht the focus for the user must be on the form / switchboard
