Upgrade to Office 2007 course

Support

Hi

I completed a half day course explaining the changes introduced in Microsoft Office 2007. At the start of the session, the trainer showed us a screen on the support forum where we could show, on an Office 2003 screen what it was that we wanted to do and we could then toggle to a 2007 version where it would show us how to do it in the new version. I can't find this facility on your website and therefore hoped you might be able to point me in the right direction.

Many thanks

Jenny

RE: Support

Hello Jenny

Thank you for your question.

The screens you are referring to are not available via the support forum. They are available via the link I've included for you below:
http://www.microsofttraining.net/download/trainer/courseware/office_2007_flash_guides.zip

If you download and open the folder contained in the download, you will find four Flash files (one for each of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) that will show you where to find 2003 features in the 2007 version.

Kind regards
Amanda

Microsoft office tip:

Copying From Websites

If you find some interesting text on a website that you wish to use and adapt in your wordprocessor or other package, highlight and copy in the normal way first.

When you paste though, use the Paste Special option to insert as unformatted text. That cuts out all the fancy formatting and hyperlinks that may be embedded.
