RE: Inserting movie

Dear Paul

Thank you for attending PowerPoint Inter/Adv course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

Please find uploaded Word file that takes you step by step to view You Tube clips in PowerPoint.

I noticed that you have done 2007 course with us. The notes are specific for 2003 version.

The only thing you have to ensure is that you click on Office button and choose PowerPoint options. in the Popular tab please ensure that "show Developer Tab on the Ribbon" is checked.

If you get stuck then the best thing I would suggest you to do is to go to You Tube and type in You tube and PowerPoint 2007 and you should be able to get various videos demonstrating you what to do!!

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
