Hello Rhianne,

To change your page from Portrait to Landscape follow the steps below.

Go to File and select Page Setup then on the Margins Tab under Orientation select Landscape and press ok.

If you want to change line spacing using the keyboard press
CTRL + 1 - Normal
CTRL + 2 - Double line spacing
