RE: Master slide

Dear Rosie

Thank you for attending PowerPoint 2007 course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

As you may recall that we covered the basics of Master Slides.

Normally you need to create more than one master if you have various audiences. Each master is normally saved as a separate Slide Design theme.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open the relevant presentation.

2. On the Ribbon choose View Tab and then on the Presentation views Group click on the Slide master button.

3. One master is already there. On the Slide Master tab you need to click on Insert Slide Master button.

4. You can make your relevant changes in this master and then close the Master View by choosing Close Master View Button.

Please remember that you can rename the master as well as preserve it.

When you want to use that master for your current slides you simply choose the Design tab on the ribbon and then on the Themes group click on the more button to see the new design that you created using master. You can click on the design to apply that to all your current slides.

Kindest Regards
