If I have created a link for my presentation with microsoft excel spreadsheet and later on want to remove it, how do I do that?For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

Dear MartinaThank you for attending PowerPoint Intermediate/Advanced course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
If you want to remove the link from a linked file you need to select the Excel object and choose Edit > Links... from the Menu Bar.
On the Links Dialog box press the Break Link button and tit will break the link for you.
Please note that the object now becomes a picture and you will not be able to edit the information within PowerPoint.
