RE: Outlook meeting requests

Dear Anna

Thank you for attending Upgrade to Office 2007 course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

I need to clarify few things before I can answer your query:

Firstly as you have attended our Upgrade to Office 2007 course is your query specific you Outlook 2003 or 2007?

Secondly I want to clarify that as PA for your bosses you are receiving any meeting request on behalf of your bosses. If you are responding to the requests you don't want the Accept and Decline messages appearing on your bosses machines?

I am assuming that you are sharing their calendars and you have the full permission to add, edit and delete entries in their calendar.

The second part of your query may be related to the settings that have been applied to you when sharing calendar especially when you upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007.

Please get back to me so that I can provide you with relevant information.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

RE: Outlook meeting requests

Hello Anna

Thank you for your question.

This may have something to do with how your permissions have been set up on Exchange Server, so my suggestion would be to check with your IT department to see if the correct settings have been applied for you so that the meeting requests will 'behave' in the way that you want.

Kind regards
Amanda
