Hi Megan,

Thank you for your question.

Go to Tools, Customize and Fields. You can create formulas based on Tasks or Resources.

The next step is to insert the field you have just created.

Ever feel lost on a large project file? In Gantt view, Task ribbon, Editing, click on the Scroll to Task tool to centre the task bar on your screen.
