Thanks for your post and it is certainly possible for you to create a mail feature.
You can either gain the requisite knowledge, by attending our Excel VBA Advanced course, click here for details, or alterantively you can have some bespoke/consultancy with a trainer to complete your objectives on a one to one basis.
