Hi Nidhi,

Thank you for your question.

To record a narration on your slide, you need to select the Insert tab and then the Sound option at the end of the ribbon.
Choose Record Sound from the list of options.

Click the Record button and start speaking. Use the Stop button to finish the recording.

Powerpoint tip:

Make your PowerPoint presentation smaller

Choose "File", "Properties" and turn off "Save preview picture".

This also speeds up saving the file, as Powerpoint does not have to create the little image preview.
