RE: word

Hello Georgi

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

To print a file in Word 2007, go to the Office button, select Print and then Quick Print, or Print if you need to adjust settings before printing (e.g. print more than one copy of the document).

You can also use Ctrl+P to bring up the Print dialogue box, then press Enter to print straight away; or change settings first before pressing Enter.

Kind regards
Amanda

Word tip:

Rearrange Paragraphs Using Keystrokes

If you need to swap adjacent paragraphs in a document you're working on?

Click on the paragraph you'd like to move, hold down 'Shift-Alt' and use the up and down arrow keys to move the paragraph up or down.

Each press of the arrow key causes the selected paragraph to jump over one adjacent paragraph.
