Hi Narain,

Thank you for your question.

The Update as Scheduled button changes the actual dates of all or selected tasks to match the schedule. So this button is only used if you are sure the tasks were all completed as per the schedule.

If some of the tasks have started or finished later than scheduled, then you need to use the Update Tasks button on the Tracking toolbar.
