Thank you for your question.

Mac and Windows are two different operating systems, designed to run on two different platforms; therefore files created on one don't necessarily display very well when viewed on the other.

If you are using a Mac, then here is a link to best practices for trying to ensure that files you create are compatible as possible with Windows (sorry it's a long horrible looking link):

Disable animations in slide show view

Want to stop your animations from playing in slide show view temporarily? You can disable animations by:

1. Going to Slide Show - Set Up Show on the menu bar.

2. Putting a check next to "Show without animation" under Show Options.

3. Clicking OK.

Remove the check from the "Show without animation" checkbox to enable animations to play again.
