Hi Sally,
Thank you for your question.
When you record a macro and save it in the current document, if the macro security level is set to Medium, everytime you open that file, a warning box will appear asking if you trust the macro and if you would like enable or disable the macro.

Hi Sally,

If you go to Tools, Macro and then Security and select the security level you require.
