Autonumber fileds
I have cereated a database and each record has been assigned an autonumber. However, a few recirds have been deleted and the autonumbering now starts at 20. How can I re-number the autonumbers so that they start at 1 again?

Patrick

RE: Autonumber fileds
Dear PatrickThank you for attending Access Courses!! I hope you enjoyed the courses and benefited from them.
Please refer to the following link to reset your Auto number lists.
You will be required to create a make table query. It has got step by step instruction so it should be quite straight forward to follow it.
