How do I get the draw table line to work when drawing a table it always brings up a new table?

Hi Mary. The table drawing tool is fiddly to use properly as we found in class, but remember when you select it to draw within the frame of the table itself. If you start drawing outside the table frame, a second table will be generated.

Replace fonts in ppt

You can quickly perform a global replace of any font used in a Microsoft PowerPoint� presentation using the Replace Font dialog box:

On the Format menu, click Replace Fonts.

In the Replace Font dialog box, click the font you want to replace in the Replace list.

In the With list, click the font you want to apply.

Click Replace and review the font change. If you like what you see, click Close. If not, you can continue making choices in the Replace Font dialog box until you find what you want.
