I have copied a table from landscape to portrait view and the information is cut off in the final column. When I try to adjust the column sizes, information in the final column is still cut off and when I press 'shrink to fit' in Print Preview it says all the information is on one page. What I want to do is shrink my table to a suitable size so all the information that is visible in the landscape view, is visible in the portrait view. Thank you.

Thank you for your question.
Try clicking in the table, and then go to the Table menu, and select AutoFit, then AutoFit to Window.
This should resize the table so that it fits between the margins.
