Mail Merge

Would it be possible to have step-by-step introductions for creting a mail merge directory. Also, are there any directory templates available online?

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Mail Merge

Dear Susana

Thank you for attending Word 2007 Advanced course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

Please refer to the following link which provides you step by step guide to create a mail merged directory:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294693

The following link provides you a sample Directory template. Please note that it you have to download this on your computer. If you have a trial version you may not be able to download the template file. It is also an American version so you may have to change the structure depending on your requirement.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
