RE: Tasks

Dear Terry

Thank you for attending Outlook Introduction course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

To Insert an e-mail to a task please follow these steps:

1. Click one the Tasks on the navigation Pane

2. Click the New Button on the toolbar to create a new Task#

3. To insert any item in Outlook, e.g. E-mail, Contacts, appointments, notes, etc... you simply choose Insert menu and then choose Item

4. In the Insert Item dialog box choose the relevant item (e-mail that you would like to link) to the task

5. Press OK

6. Click Save and Close button when you are finished.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
