Could you clarify are you looking for an effective naming convention for your procedures so you can easily locate them, or are you looking for a tool that will automatically list all the procedures in a project

A tool that will automatically list all of the procedures.
I managed to get the DB from the email that I sent so there is no need to keep the version that you copied - thanks.

Thank you for your question and clarification
First, I apologise for the delay in getting back to you. I have been out of the office and your question took some research.
I have been unable to find any third party software that would index the procedures and functions in your database.
Access does however have a database documenter tool that will list all the [procedures together with their code.
To use, click on tools - Analyze - Documenter. In the resulting wizrd select the modules tab and tick all the modules and click OK.
