Hi Stephanie. If you click File - New - Distribution List, you'll get the Distribution List dialog box. Type a name for your personal list into the Name field and then click the "Select Members" button. From here you can add names from your global address book into your own personal distribution list and use that going forward.

Hi Stephanie

Not too sure which version of Outlook you are using, in 2003:

Goto File menu, select "New", and then "Distribution List".
In the Name box, type a name for the distribution list.
Then, "Select Members".
In the "Show names from the list", select your global address book with the e-mail addresses you want in your distribution list.
In the Type name or select from list box, type a name you want to include.
In the list below, select the name, and then click Members. Do this for each person you want to add to your new distribution list, and then click OK.
