RE: Macro

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

You can create a toolbar button to run your macro by doing the following:

1. Go to Tools - Customise.
2. Select the Commands tab.
3. From the left hand side, select Macros.
4. Select the Custom Button from the right-hand side; hold your left mouse button down on this, and drag and drop it to where you would like the button to be positioned on the toolbar.
5. Right-click on the button, and select Assign Macro.
6. Select the name of the macro you would like to attach to the button, click OK.
7. You can change other properties of the button (e.g. icon used etc) by right-clicking on the button whilst the Customise dialogue box is open.
