Conditional fields in access queries

Is it possible to make the fields that are displayed in an access query conditional to other fields or variable. e.g. if I have a table that has columns for Jan plan sales, feb plan sales, etc. but I want a query which will only return this months and next months' sales plan.

I know I could change the layout of the table so that each month generates a new row but the tables I have to use already exist in the above format.

RE: conditional fields in access queries

Dear Mark

Thank you for attending Access Advanced course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

I would like to please further clarify your query!!

Are you saying that you want the query to display only the current month and next month without showing all the months from an existing table?

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
