Hi Sonia

If in a worksheet you have two dates eg the Start Date of a project in Cell "B5" and the End Date in Cell "C5" then the formula would be

=C5 - B5

This will give you the number of days between the two dates.

Selecting blank cells within a range of data

Select the range of data which includes the blank cells that you would like to select. Press the F5 key, this will take you to the GoTo dialogue box where you can click on Special and then select Blanks.
