MS Project cost confidentiality

Hello. Is there a way of keeping the resource cost (�) info 'locked' to other viewers. For instance, it could be sensitive or confidential so should only be visible to key people. Thanks! Della

Hi Della,

Thank you for your question.

As far as I am concerned and after speaking to a colleague last night, you cannot lock fields or hide them permanently.

You could export the data you want the other person to see into Excel or create a PDF of the Task Sheet and Gannt chart.
