Is there a way that a colleague can view projects without having MS Project loaded on there Pc? Like for Powerpoint, there is Powerpoint viewer?

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for your question.

There is no project viewer I know of. You can copy the selected tasks and open Excel or Word or Powerpoint and then choose Paste Special.

However I did find this link to one:

**Always check with your IT Department before downloading anything off the net.

Then choose to Paste a link and choose Microsoft project object option.

Then you could send the file by email.
