How do you insert a chart/graph from excel into a presentation? For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability
RE: Powerpoint
Hello VictoriaThank you for your question.
The easiest way to do this is to simply copy and paste the chart from Excel into PowerPoint.
When you paste, you have the option of using Edit-Paste Special instead of pasting normally. This gives you the option of pasting as a chart object (in which case you will have Excel features at your disposal if you double-click on the chart in PowerPoint), or a picture.
You can also elect to link the chart to the original in the Excel file if you wish using the Paste Link radio button.
Kind regards
Amanda
