It would be useful in some cases to be able to attach a file to the question so that you can have a direct copy of the problem at hand.

Hi Joanna,
Thanks for the suggestion. Currently our trainers can upload files as examples, but for security reasons, delegates and the public cannot. Once we program in an on-line virus checker, this will be viable.
However, in the meantime, feel free to send your file to forum AT microsofttraining.net, quoting the URL of your forum post.
