Hi Linda, thanks for your query. You can send out copies of your forms simply by selecting each one and clicking File - Save As. However, this will disassociate the form from your data tables and remove functionality. Alternatively, you can grant multiple access rights to your managers and email out a link to the database which will then grant form access.
