Sorting date

when using powerpoint if you wish the Title and Content Powerpoint page but input 8 bullet points in a non alphabethically order can you do some sort of sort to avoid retyping or moving each individually.

Dear Lisa

Thank you for attending PowerPoint 2007 Introduction course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

There is no Sort facility in PowerPoint unlike Word and Excel.

My suggestion to you would be that in PowerPoint enter the Data as Bullets Points and then select all the data Copy it (CTRL +C)

Open a blank Word Document. Paste the data (CTRL +V)

In Word use the Sort button on the Home Tab in the Paragraph group. Sort it ascending or descending. Press OK

Copy and paste it back in PowerPoint.

It may seem to be a long process but shouldn't take you more than 2-3 minutes to do that!!
