Making Rollover Buttons without pics?

Hi There,

At the Dreamweaver Introduction course we were shown how to make a rollover effect with text and tables and I have forgotten how to do this.

I remember you has to create a table with some text and then make the text into links, then we merged all that rows and created a new table with the same amount of rows. We then cut and paste the links text one by one into the new table.

Would you please refresh my memory on how to do this as I can't?

(I'm trying to create a side menu with some text and I would like to have the whole area in the table change colour if your mouse goes over it)

Thank you and I hope this makes sense!

Stephen

RE: Making Rollover Buttons without pics?

To create a rollover:
In the Document window, place the insertion point where you want the rollover to appear.

Choose Insert > Interactive Images >Rollover Image.
The Insert Rollover Image dialog box appears.

In the Image Name text box, type a name for the rollover.
In the Original Image text box, click Browse and select the image you want displayed when the page loads, or enter the image file

Dreamweaver tip:

Paragraph formatting

in Dreamweaver if you type in text and press entre you get double line spacing.

To avoid this hold down the shift key and then press Enter for a soft break
