RE: Branding Consistency

Hi Debra

Thank you for your question. One way to approach this might be to create an appropriately formatted template and record macros (Tools > Macros > Record new macro) that automate the insertion of the shapes with the correct font and formats.

When a new presentation is created from the template the macros can be run whenever the specially formatted shapes need to be created. Macros can be given keyboard shortcuts to make them easier to run.

You could also make a dedicated toolbar with buttons for each of your macros (Tools > Customize > Toolbars > New) however the toolbar will not be attached to the template and so would not be available to users on on other computers. Instead it will remain on the computer where it was first created. In principle it is possible to make the toolbar appear for anyone using the template however this will require some VBA programming to set up.

I hope this is helpful - please do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
