Hi Toby, thanks for your query. An ellipsis button is used when a value or item needs to be set through an intermediary action. You see this a lot as a "Browse" button to set file paths. When you click the ellipsis button, a dialog box appears and you can set the value for the field.

You can create percentage values based on individual products / items by using a Dsum function (used with a grouped query)
