Find / Search on a Form

When searching on a form, I would like all the entries to be listed in a drop downbox so that as I type in the number I am presented with correct entry without having to type in all the numbers.

Thanks

RE: Find / Search on a Form

Dear James

Thank you for attending Access 2007 Intermediate course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

Am I right in thinking that you want to choose an entry from a drop down list and depending on the entry the data changes in your form?

please refer to the following link that provides the answer to this:

http://en.allexperts.com/q/Using-MS-Access-1440/Combo-box-find-specific-2.htm

if you question was more about Autocomplete in the combo box then please refer this link:

http://en.allexperts.com/q/Using-MS-Access-1440/2009/4/Auto-Fill-2.htm

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
